The wellness massage is a tissue stimulation that is primarily intended for relaxation. It can be seen as a generic term for various massages without a therapeutic purpose.
Wellness massages are not carried out on unhealthy people, but are primarily intended to increase well-being.

Foot reflexology massage

Reflexology is based on a traditional form of massage therapy. The pressure points of the legs and feet are primarily addressed in order to relax the body and enable a healthy flow of energy. Every reflexology massage assumes that the entire human body is mapped into reflex zones. If you now stimulate the corresponding zone, it has a direct effect on the organ that is assigned to this zone.


Sport Massage

Sports massage is a special tissue stimulation for intensive performance and movement of the muscles. It can be used before or after sporting activities and is usually carried out locally on the relevant muscle. Sports massage is a combination of classic massage techniques and some techniques. A sports massage is carried out more vigorously so that the body is prepared for upcoming physical stress and supplied with blood. It is used preventatively or for muscle tension caused by sport.


Deep Tissue

The deep tissue massage

(Deep massage) works with strong pressure and is dedicated to deeper layers of tissue that are often hardened, sticky or tense. Affected connective tissue, muscle fibers, tendons, ligaments, fascia and blockages are targeted with this special form of massage

edited and treated. The deep massage also promotes blood circulation. During the treatment, the tissue is loosened and kneaded using pressure, tension, stretching and firm stroke movements. Hands, forearms, fists and elbows are used for this.


Hot Stone Massage


The hot stone massage is a form of massage using heated stones, usually made of basalt, which are placed on the body. The stones are heated in a water bath to a temperature of around 60 degrees. The aim is to relax the muscles through heat.
